Karl Wagner brings over 40 years of experience as a successful sales leader, manager, and entrepreneur, with a proven track record in sales, marketing, business development, and project management. Throughout his career, Karl has been recognized for his excellence in customer relations management, receiving numerous accolades for his strategic approach to sales, customer service, and business efficiency.

Growing up in the Pennsylvania countryside sparked Karl’s lifelong love for animals. Over the years, he has actively supported animal rescue efforts, including TNR (trap-neuter-return) programs, fostering, and volunteering with the Annapolis SPCA.

Now retired, Karl resides in the Upper Valley on an 11-acre property that he has transformed into a wildlife habitat. His land is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including bears, bobcats, fishers, deer, turkeys, and more, along with several pollinator gardens. Karl also enjoys the company of his two very spoiled house cats.
